The challenge

The strategy is written. The week is still spent firefighting.

  1. 01

The annual plan is presented in January and rarely mentioned again until the next offsite.

  2. 02

Every priority is urgent, so the team works hard on everything and makes little progress on what matters.

  3. 03

Leaders debate options on instinct, without a shared way to test assumptions, risks or trade-offs.

FAQ

Questions about Strategic Thinking, Planning & Implementation.

Can't find your answer? Ask us directly.

Ask a question →
What does the strategic thinking workshop cover?

Three linked areas: thinking strategically, planning with discipline and implementing the plan. Participants test assumptions, set priorities, connect team plans to strategy and build owners and milestones into execution.

Is this strategic planning training or a strategy implementation workshop?

Both. Thinking, planning and implementation are treated as one sequence, because most strategies fail in the gap between the plan and the work.

Who should attend?

Senior leaders, functional heads and managers responsible for turning strategy into team plans.

Can we work on our own strategy during the workshop?

Where it makes sense, yes. Using real priorities makes the tools immediately useful. We agree on the approach with you beforehand.

How long is the workshop?

Duration and format are agreed upon with you.
