Active listening training
Active listening training for leaders and teams whose conversations move fast but miss the point. People learn to hear what is actually being said, check their understanding and respond in a way that makes others want to speak up.

- Leaders, managers and teams
- Led by
- ICF and IMC certified coaches
The challenge
People are talking. Very little is being heard.
- 01
In one-to-ones the manager is composing a reply before the other person finishes, so the real concern never comes out.
- 02
Customers and colleagues repeat themselves because nobody checked what they meant the first time.
- 03
Meetings fill with people waiting for their turn to talk, and decisions rest on half-understood information.
Who it's for

FAQ
Questions about Active Listening Training.
Can't find your answer? Ask us directly.
Ask a question →What does active listening training involve?
It is practical. Participants look at their own listening habits, then practice attention, paraphrasing, summarizing and clarifying questions on real workplace conversations, with feedback from peers and the coach.
Who benefits most from listening skills training?
Managers who run one-to-ones and reviews, customer-facing staff, and anyone working across teams. Listening is the base skill underneath coaching, feedback and influence.
Is this a one-off active listening workshop or a longer program?
Format and duration are agreed upon with you. It can run as a stand-alone active listening workshop or sit inside a wider leadership or coaching program.
Can listening really be trained?
Yes. Most poor listening is habit, not ability. Once people see their habits and practice alternatives with feedback, the difference shows in how their conversations go.
Who delivers it?
The workshop is led by ICF and IMC certified coaches, for whom deep listening is a core professional skill.
