Haris began as a trainer and performance coach, working with CEOs, business owners, students and industrialists. Over time he saw the same pattern again and again: capable individuals, held back by the teams and systems around them.
That insight shaped two organizations. Coach Transformation Academy trains professional coaches, and its alumni now coach in more than 70 countries. Team Transformation, founded in Dubai in 2015, takes coaching into organizations, working with whole teams and measuring the result.
Today he is an ICF Master Certified Coach, the highest credential awarded by the International Coaching Federation, and a Master Team Coach. He designs the programs behind Team Transformation and continues to coach senior leaders and leadership teams himself.
Through his own practice at harissyed.org he runs NLP trainings, retreats and in-house programs for individuals, teams and organizations.
