What is a leadership accelerator program?

A structured program designed to speed up leadership development. Rather than waiting for experience to build slowly, leaders work through assessment, focused workshops, coaching and practical exercises tied to the challenges they face now.

How is accelerated leadership development different from a standard course?

It is lighter on theory and heavier on application. Each topic is linked to a live situation in the participant's role, and coaching supports them to apply it between sessions.
