FAQ

Questions about the diagnostic.

Ask a question →
Who should attend the diagnostic?

The person who owns the team: usually the team leader, plus someone from HR or L&D. If the team has a sponsor at executive level, it helps to have them for the last part.

Is this a sales call?

No. The diagnostic is a structured conversation led by an ICF and IMC certified coach. You get an honest view of where the team is, even if the answer is that you do not need us yet.

Do our team members need to do anything?

Optional. If you want a sharper picture, we can send a short anonymous pulse survey to the team before the session. It takes about five minutes.

What do we get afterwards?

A short written summary: where the team is strong, the two or three areas holding it back, and the recommended starting point with options.

Is it confidential?

Yes. What you share stays between you and Team Transformation. Survey answers are anonymous and reported only as team averages.

Can you run it for teams outside the UAE?

Yes. Diagnostics run online, and our coaches work with teams across MENA, Asia and Europe.
