Executive coaching is a structured 1:1 partnership between a senior leader and a certified coach, focused on the leader's real goals and decisions. Unlike training, it works on the leader's own situation, in their own time.
How is Leadership Transformation™ different from a leadership course?
A course teaches everyone the same content. Leadership Transformation™ gives each leader a coach and a plan built around their own priorities, and reviews progress against business goals every quarter.
Who are the coaches?
All coaches are ICF and IMC accredited. Each leader is matched on role, industry and challenge.
Is the coaching confidential?
Yes. What a leader discusses with their coach stays private. You receive progress and outcome reporting, not session content.
