Course Details
Team Transformation Master Coach certification program is an ICF-accredited program of 115 hours. This program is the cornerstone to learning organizational system dynamics. Our sessions are highly interactive and experiential. The course is highly experiential and spans over 10 days. You can also opt-in for our Master Coach Certification Module to complete 125 hours (Level 2) to fulfill coach-specific training qualifications for ICF Credential (ACC & PCC).
The assignments and activities are structured to learn effective process consultation methods and organizational behavior psychology. Along with practicing team coaching with your peers in a safe environment, you will also become a part of our global coaching community. The community gives you ample opportunities to connect, share, and practice coaching competencies. You will receive complete ICF master coach training materials, templates, tools, and resources, virtually to continue learning and stay updated.
