Our Team Transformation Coach Certification Process
Being an Accredited Coach Training Program (Level 2) provider, Team Transformation Institute supports you in completing the coaching training hours, mentoring, and assessment as per the International Coaching Federation (ICF) requirement for earning the credential. Once you complete all the modules, mentoring, assignments, and Final Performance Evaluation included in our Team Transformation Coach program, you will receive the Team Transformation Coach certification by us.

Team Transformation Coach Certification Process for ICF Credential Eligibility
Being an Accredited Coach Training Program (Level 2) provider, Team Transformation supports you in completing the coaching training hours, mentoring, and assessment as per the International Coaching Federation (ICF) requirement for earning the credential. Once you complete all our modules, assignments, and Final Performance Evaluation (conducted by us), you will receive the Team Transformation Coach Certification and 125-hours ICF Level 2 Program Completion Certification.

Are your courses certified by ICF?
Yes, all our courses are certified by ICF. We offer 20 hours to 125 hours of coach training courses accredited by ICF.
Will I become an ICF Coach by completing any online coaching certification with Team Transformation?
No. You can get ICF Credential only from ICF. As ICF only offers credentials and not coach training, you have to enroll with us to meet certain requirements for earning ICF Coach Credential.
What types of people enroll in your online coaching certification courses?
Most of our students are leaders, experienced managers, executives, and coaches who want to expand their toolkits and gain coaching skills to advance their careers.
How long are the online coaching certification courses?
Our online coaching certification courses are mostly conducted monthly and one day long. They can be 4 to 6 hours long or more.
Is Mentoring included in the online coaching certification courses?
Mentoring is provided separately for those who wish to acquire ICF Credential and gather hours for ICF Mentor Coaching.
