Team Transformation is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how and why we use your personal data to ensure you remain informed and in control of your information.
Team Transformation will ask its students or potential students to “opt-in” to receive information about our products and courses. This means you’ll have the choice as to whether you want to receive these messages.
You can choose not to receive information or change how we contact you at any time. If you would like to, please let us know via email at email@example.com.

When you enroll as a student (“learner”) on our site or related courses, as part of the enrolling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name and email address. For example: Personal details (name, date of birth, email, address, telephone, education details, etc.) when you sign up for a course.
2. How do we use personal information?
Your data is stored through Team Transformation’s data storage, databases, and the general Team Transformation application. We store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

- To enter into, or perform, a contract with you
- To comply with a legal duty
- For our own (or a third party’s) lawful interests, provided your rights are not affected
We will only use your information for the purpose(s) it was collected for.
We use personal data for administrative purposes. This includes:
- Receiving payment (e.g., direct debits or payment card details)
- Maintaining databases of our students and their training progress.
- Performing our obligations under training contracts
- Helping us respect your choices and preferences (e.g., if you ask not to receive marketing material, we’ll keep a record of this).
We use personal data to communicate with people and promote our training programs/courses, events, or offers. We may send you emails about our site and related course(s), registration, course content, your course progress, or other updates. This includes keeping you up to date with our news and offerings.
Research and Analysis
We may carry out research and analysis on the data we hold to understand behavior and responses and identify patterns and trends.

We use a third-party payment processor such as PayPal, Skrill, etc. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as it is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
3. How do we get your consent?
When you provide us with personal information to become a student on our site, make a purchase, or participate in the course, you imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
4. Disclosing and sharing data
We will never sell your personal data. If you have opted-in to marketing, we may contact you with information about further opportunities in education.
We may share personal data with other organizations that provide us with services.
