Leader as a Coach workshops integrate coaching into the regular management style for leaders. Unlike leaders giving the usual directives, these sessions train in active listening and the importance of using empowering questions to collaborate and find solutions.

Brief Overview

This workshop, ideally meant for managers, executives and team leads focuses on enhancing employee engagement, performance and retention. It includes a focus on problem-solving, growth and self-awareness using structured conversations. These sessions usually cover empathetic listening, feedback frameworks, handling self-limiting beliefs and coaching models such as GROW (Goals, Reality, Options, Will).
